Qube was delighted to welcome artists, friends and well wishers to its re-launch on Thursday 15th September at which the winners of the Qube Open Art Competition 1st prize and People’s Choice prize were announced.

winner The 1st prize of £1000 was awarded to John Wragg for his work Hyper Cube Mobile by the competition sponsors AICO.

The People’s Choice prize was awarded by the Mayor of Oswestry to Annelise Linnemann-Schmidt for her work entitled Odin’s Apple. Annelise has won the opportunity to have her own exhibition and to display her work at Qube in 2012.

He has also worked in the book cover and illustration field.
