Jacqueline Lindsay

I first became interested in making jewellery about 10 years ago after attending a beaded jewellery making workshop.  At first a hobby, and after several more workshops, I then started making items to sell at our local monthly craft fair in Malmesbury, where I used to live.  I was inspired by the stained glass windows in Malmesbury Abbey to make little angels, which I use to make bookmarks, handbag dangles and keyrings. I specialise in making necklaces from Fair Trade African recycled glass beads which are hand made and painted in Ghana. I also make earrings, pendants and bracelets, every one is unique, and I spend a lot of time looking for unusual beads to use.  I retired 2 yrs ago and moved to Welshpool, to be near my daughter, and was delighted to find the Qube gallery where I can show and sell my work.
