Art Historian, Sarah Gathercole has created a special three-part course of art history talks, focusing on women in art, providing illuminating insights into key periods and figures.
The sessions will take place every Wednesday evening, from 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Dates are as follows:
26th April – How are Women Depicted in Art and Why?
24th May – The Struggle to be a Female Artist
28th June – Contemporary Women Artists
No previous knowledge is required. All lectures are fully illustrated. Refreshments will be provided. At the end of the lecture there will be time for discussion and questions.
