Yoga and Movement

In this mixed ability yoga class, expect gentle warm ups, flowing sequences, a little strength building, exploring new movement/mobility possibilities and feeling creative in your own skin. Emily teaches a blend of hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga styles and also takes inspiration from the world of dance. The class will be an hour and we’ll have cups of tea afterwards.

Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, a cushion and a blanket if you’d like one for relaxation. Wear loose or stretchy clothing and layers for warming up and cooling down. This class is suitable for those with little or no experience of yoga, as well as for those who have done it before. The sessions will involve moving on and off the floor, and gentle-moderate exercise. If changes to covid-19 restrictions mean we cannot run these sessions, they will still take place online.
