Join us for a magical, family-friendly evening full of Christmas cheer, all in support of RABI, the farming charity as well as Shropshire Federation of Young Farmers Clubs, Severn Hospice and The Cavalier Centre.
Date: Sunday 15th December
Time: 4pm for volunteers briefing, event running from 4.30pm to 7.30pm
Location: Shrewsbury Livestock Market, Auction Centre, Bowman Way, Battlefield, Shrewsbury, SY4 3DR.
What to expect as a volunteer:
The best views of the dazzling Christmas Tractor parade
Time to explore the craft fair, meet fantastic new people, and soak up the festive atmosphere
A complimentary hot drink and mince pie to keep warm and toasty while spreading Christmas cheer
The Christmas Tractor Run is a wonderfully festive, family-friendly event, and children are welcome to join adult (over 18) volunteers. All adult volunteers will need their own transport to drive to and from their place on parade route.
If you want to be part of something special this Christmas, come and join us. Your time and support will help make a real difference to the farming and local community.
What skills do I need?
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, friendly volunteers to help make the SFYFC and RABI Shrewsbury Christmas Tractor Run even better than last year’s event. All we ask for is just 3.5 hours of your time to help with marshalling and collecting donations from the public, all to support farming families in need this Christmas.
