“I work mostly in watercolour , inks and pastels. I take my inspiration from my surroundings; nature, the countryside, as well as urban settings. I like to paint in a loose and colourful way and love experimenting with unconventional techniques, such as using credit cards, twigs, bleach, salt and rags, as well as brushes. I continue to learn from tutorials and currently use Zoom for practising Chinese brush skills and loose watercolour. I am a member of ODSA and exhibit locally. Currently I have paintings on display at Whittington Castle, Willow Gallery and Canvas and Clay, Ellesmere.”
