At this session, you will receive practical guidance on managing incapability at work, due to ill-health.

We will discuss the importance of having a capability policy which is compliant with the law and best practice, complying with the Equality Act including the duty to make reasonable adjustments, obtaining consent to a medical report, and what you must do and consider before ill-health leads to the termination of employment.
