Pilates (Beginners)


Six week course: 19, 26 June & 3, 10, 17, 24 July
10am to 11am

Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. It helps build your body’s core strength and improve you posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching, and conditioning exercises. You will increase your core strength (back, abdominals and pelvic floor), improve your flexibility and agility and at the same time tone your stomach and thigh muscles. Six week course starts Wednesday 19th June.
