Pilates can enable your body and mind to find a sense of peace, strength and stillness. Our tutor, Helen Conway of Bodywork-Pilates, first introduced Pilates to Chester 20 years ago and has trained many of its instructors.
Suitable for people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness. Pilates helps to build your body’s core strength and improve you posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching, and conditioning exercises. You will increase your core strength (back, abdominal and pelvic floor), improve your flexibility and agility and at the same time tone your stomach and thigh muscles.
