A gentle Pilates class, without music, for total beginners which will develop core strength and flexibility.

    I attended Pilates at Qube and thoroughly enjoyed it! If you want to work on your posture, flexibility and concentrating on your breathing throughout activities, then this course will fit that criteria. Excellent tutor!
