The families whose children visit Hope House for respite care spend every moment of every day caring for their children and trying to make the most of their time together. This leaves them very little time for everyday tasks like gardening and housework. That is why we are looking for some dedicated volunteers in Oswestry and Shrewsbury to spare some time fortnightly or monthly to help these families. Just imagine what an important difference this will make to parents whose time with their children is so precious. If you, or someone you know, might be willing to lend a hand with this rewarding voluntary work please call Di Murr for a chat. Ideally we’d like our Family Volunteers to be able to help a family for 3 to 6 months.

You could make a real difference to the lives of some very special families.
