 Are you experienced in filling out forms? We are looking for volunteers to help others navigate this often confusing process (full training provided)

The role of form-filler is to support clients to fill in forms for benefits such as Personal Independence Payments and Employment Support Allowance, and also appeals for benefits.


In order to carry out this role effectively they will need to build trust and rapport, as these forms require a great deal of sensitive questioning.

They will make sure the client is clear about next steps.

They will need to record the case accurately and clearly, following set procedures.

The form-filler may also need to raise any additional issues with supervisor, whether related to benefits or some other enquiry area.

Good listening, questioning and summarising skills are vital.
