Oswestry and Borders Repair Cafe is held on the first Saturday of every other month in the Memorial Hall. We fix people\'s broken things, and give them drinks and cakes while they wait, and they give us donations if they are happy.

We are looking for volunteers to help run the cafe side.

This involves one or all of:

Turning up on Saturday Morning about 10 or 10:30 Helping to set up the cafe area and preparing the kitchen Making home-made cakes and snacks Buying supplies (tea, coffee, milk, etc.) Serving food and drinks Clearing tables Washing up Clearing away afterwards Taking charge of other volunteers Organising other people to bake cakes

You don\'t have to do all of these things, we need all levels of volunteer. from just baking a cake every couple of months right the way through to organising the whole cafe area.

Baking, making tea and coffee, serving food and drink, washing up, organising, managing people. You don\'t have to have all of these skills.
