Volunteers needed to assist in the restoration of the railways tracks and the Oswestry Station area.  This can involve skills including brickwork, carpentry, electrical, metalwork,  decorating and general maintenance.

The station building and surrounding platforms will continue to be the subject of restoration work, help is needed to assist,  involving  building trades such as bricklaying, paving, fencing and metal work etc.  Our Chairman is Mr Rob Williams, Vice Chairman Roger Date Head of Works and assisted by Dave Roll, Phil Bradley and Glynn Swift.. Just look at the progress we have made so far.  There are a range of photographs in the Station Buildings.

Regular weekday sessions on Thursdays and/or weekends 


Ideal role for someone who enjoys getting out and doing physical work. Qualifications or experience in construction, brick laying, metal work, joinery or electrical engineering would be a great help, but are not essential.
