Social Prescribing Triage Officer – 22.5 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Qube team and help shape the continued development of social prescribing across north Shropshire. Social prescribing is a non-medical ‘prescription’ which supports people to make positive changes to their lives.
The main purpose of this post is to make an initial assessment of all patients referred to social prescribing assessing the needs of the person and referring them on to the appropriate community or health service.
Based in the Ellesmere GP Practice this role will work very closely with health professionals based at the Churchmere group of practices as well as the Social Prescribing Advisors and Community Development Officers working with the community organisations providing the interventions.

Community Transport Officer – 37.5 hours per week
Qube has operated a Dial-a-Ride and Community Car Service for 30 years serving the local community. You will need experience of working in a transport or logistics office environment, and knowledge of the local Oswestry area. Previous experience of working with volunteers is preferred but not essential. You will need strong IT skills and be willing to drive a minibus when necessary.

Finance Officer – 22.5 hours per week
The post of Finance Officer will be responsible for the day to day financial business of the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Officer and the Board of Trustees, the Finance Officer will be part of the Senior Management Team of Qube, supporting the strategic development of this valued organisation.

Arts and Creativity Officer – 22.5 hours per week
The post of Arts and Creativity Officer will be responsible for the development and implementation of our creative programme of Arts activities, which inspire, engage and challenge our audiences within the town of Oswestry and the wider communities of Shropshire and the Welsh borders.

Marketing and Communications Officer – 22.5 hours per week
The post of Marketing and Communications Officer will be responsible for the day to day marketing functions, with the aim of increasing the profile and understanding of the organisation within the town of Oswestry and the wider communities of Shropshire and the Welsh borders, along with supporting the strategic development of this valued organisation.
