Stitch Journal Course with Kate Youens

These workshops will take place monthly, over a six month period. During the sessions you will learn the technique of slow stitching, using reclaimed and vintage fabric pieces with the aim of making a stitch journal over six months, which you can add to at home between sessions. The workshops will create a relaxing and meditative experience with a focus on materials we have around us.

Kate is happy to demonstrate her own process alongside sharing ideas and skills when required.

Materials and equipment are provided however, feel free to bring along pieces of fabric, threads and hand sewing equipment you would like to work with.

The sessions run from 1.30pm – 4.30pm, the dates of the sessions are;
