Overview of Volunteer Role
Volunteers will assist in the day to day running of the coffee shop and will ensure that it runs smoothly, safely and delivers an excellent experience for patients, staff and visitors. The coffee machines are bean to cup so no barista training is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Operating the till
- Serving customers in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- Ensuring that the café is clean and tidy and creates a pleasant and welcoming environment.
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Retail Manager.
- Serving cake to customers
Health & Safety
No open toes shoes or nail varnish to be worn
What skills do I need?
We need friendly, outgoing and charismatic volunteers who can easily work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
