Supporting Shropshire MHS' Women's Group, you will support individuals in a group setting over a 2 hour period on a Thursday. We offer a gentle check-in exercise to see how everyone is doing and to hear how they're weeks have been, followed by an uplifting, engaging or thought-provoking group activity.
This accepting and friendly group offers people the chance to chat with others when they may have had little to no communication with people during their week and it gives people a chance to share stories, experiences and helpful tips surrounding living well and improving mental health.
