Opportunity
To work as part of a team Responsible to the Festival Co-ordinator.
To check each individual competitor in once they arrive and advise the announcer of any problems.
To guide entrants and visitors to their seats.
Ensure no entries during performances.
To liaise with entrants and visitors on issues relating to the festival.
To provide a high profile presence at the venue.
To enforce the rule of no photography (still or video) during performances.
PRESS are allowed to take pictures as long as they don't interrupt the performances.
To maintain the silence as the pupils perform.
Make drinks for adjudicator, clerk and announcer.
To issue stickers to the appropriate competitors as they arrive.
In case of a fire, responsible for the calm direction of attendees.
